One mile at a time

October 12

I ran 1 mile at 4.0 mph on the treadmill and walked 1/2 a mile.

October 10

I ran 1.25 miles at 5.5 mph on the treadmill.

October 6

I ran outside on the track for 1 mile and walked 1 mile.

October 5

I rode a stationary bike until I burned 300 calories.

October 4

I ran 1 mile on the treadmill at 6.0 mph.
